Update

I haven't posted in a while, not because I don't have anything to say but because I found a small group on FB of past residents! I'm still looking for a few people from back then, but I will be posting on here again! By all means, if you have anything you like to post on here pertaining to ESSH, please e-mail it to me and I will post it for you......

    I remember being at ESSH around '86-'88. In the girl's unit.. I remember one of our staff her name was Mrs. Celeste.. she was from philly and always smiling. And I also remember one of the male staff from the boy's unit called Gary. I also remember the christmas dance ball they had.. good memories.

      OMG! I Loved Miss Celeste!! Wow..can't say that about a whole lot of them there..wow..she was a special one. And I THINK I remember Gary. Was he a tall, thin white guy?? W/Glasses??

    I was there in 1991, unit 2 I think. I remember Ms Celeste. ESSH was horrible and I'm glad it was shut down.

      It was actually unit 1. Helen, Kathy March, Lori Bucco are names I remember. Junior I didn't know you personally but I think you dated Helen.

    My name is Jeannie..i was there multiple times 87-91. I remember a few people, but not a lot. I do remember Ms Debbie, Ms Rosa. I remember "working" at canteen during my last year.. Only got released because I was pregnant
